For business people who seek techniques for dealing successfully with manipulation and relational “games”
The aim of the program is to understand the principles of relational games and manipulation; to realize the different aspects of our personalities in relation to manipulation; and to learn to proactively handle manipulation and its associated games. Awareness of what manipulation and relational games are, and how they work, leads us to gain conscious control over them. Participants can expect to improve negotiating skills or argumentative positions, to improve achieved results and better avoid succumbing to pressure.
